Shipping & Return policy

1. Nature of Services

All offerings provided are professional, digital, intellectual, and customized services. These services may include consulting, documentation preparation, compliance support, advisory work, research, analysis, or other project-based deliverables.

No physical goods are sold. All deliverables are considered customized intellectual work prepared specifically upon client request.

2. No Return Policy

Due to the customized and intangible nature of professional services, returns are not possible.

Once services have been purchased and work has commenced, the service cannot be returned, exchanged, transferred, or resold.

3. Limited Cancellation Window (2 Hours)

A client may request cancellation within 2 hours of purchase, provided that work has not yet commenced.

If a valid cancellation request is received within this 2-hour period and no work has begun, a full refund may be issued.

However:

  • If work has commenced at any time within those 2 hours, the service becomes non-refundable.
  • After the 2-hour window has passed, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
  • Any research, drafting, document preparation, data review, or project initiation constitutes commencement of work.

4. Strict No Refund Policy After Work Begins

All payments are final and non-refundable once:

  • Work has commenced;
  • Research, drafting, analysis, or preparation has begun;
  • Any draft, report, document, or deliverable has been shared;
  • Client information has been reviewed or processed.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Business closure
  • Regulatory delays
  • Delays caused by incomplete client information
  • Scope expansion or additional requirements

5. Scope of Work

Services are provided strictly in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

Any additional regulatory requirements, reformulations, jurisdictions, or scope changes require a new agreement and additional fees.

Failure to provide required information does not qualify for a refund.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be provided if requested within 7 days of delivery and limited strictly to the original agreed scope.

Revisions do not include new services, expanded regulatory coverage, or additional jurisdictions.

7. EU Consumer Notice

If you are located within the European Union, you expressly agree that:

  • Service performance may begin immediately upon purchase;
  • You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has commenced, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU;
  • No refund will be issued once work has begun or services have been delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service purchased.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, regulatory, commercial, or third-party damages arising from service use.
